​CAPMA 2025–2026 Elections

It’s time to begin the election process for CAPMA’s 2025–2026 leadership. Each district will nominate one member to serve on the Board of Directors, and all eligible voting members may also self-nominate using the form below.

Incumbent Officers intending to run for reelection will be listed on the nomination form.

Eligibility:
All voting members in good standing may be:
  • Self-nominated
  • Nominated by another CAPMA member
  • Nominated by their District
Each District may endorse one (1) Board of Director nominee.
Districts may not nominate or endorse Officer nominees.

Election Timeline
  • 5/31/25: Online Nomination Form published
  • 6/1/25: Online Nomination Period Opens
  • 6/15/25: Online Nomination Period Closes
  • 7/1/25: Nominees are Qualified for the Ballot
  • 7/15/25: Ballot is published and voting email is sent
  • 8/1/25: Online Election Voting Period Opens
  • 8/15/25: Online Election Voting Period Closes
  • 8/31/25: Elected Directors and Officers Announced
  • 9/12/25: 2025–2026 Directors and Officers Installed at Best Pest Expo
